initial expectations |
(2) I just went to see Piper Perabo in the movie because I read some rave reviews about her performance here. It's the first movie that got her noticed, really. |
(1) Good, clean, hokey, cartoon fun. I think I could wait until it's free on TV. |
pace |
(2) I was bored. I never watched Rocky and Bullwinkle before seeing this movie. |
(3) Pacing was okay. Simply a 2 hour long cartoon. |
plot/story |
(3) Although simplistic, it had some entertainment value. It solicited some chuckles once in a while. Rocky and Bullwinkle can be funny. |
(3) I'll rate it on a cartoon-type genre. |
cast/acting |
(4) The main thing that was good about it was that I could tell the cast (the 3-dimensional cast) was having a lot of fun doing the movie. It was cool seeing them not taking themselves seriously for a change. |
(4) You could tell that the cast had fun doing this film. It's good to see the "child"-side in people, especially from more reputable actors. Oh, and Piper's cute! :P |
good stuff |
(1) Aside from some cartoon-type stunts and the charismatic Piper Perabo, nothing much at all. |
(3) If you like some pretty cool 3-d animation, well, you have it in Rocky and Bullwinkle. I thought that they would look pretty fake. I did have fault with the way the real-life people interaction with the animation. It didn't look real and sometimes didn't match (ex. when hugging bullwinkle, the arms of the real-life cast didn't quite "hold" the animation properly). |
overall |
(2) This isn't my type of movie at all. I would've gladly waited till the video came out |
(2) Likewise. I could have waited for video (our "2" rating). |
